We provide thoughtful content in a variety of different ways including group and 1-1 sessions. We also use intentional signposting to effectively support employees. We build for busy brains in mind but ensure all of our content is suitable for everyone. Fees are paid by the employer, depending on the number of employees & the level of support needed.
We get it, you have lots of priorities! Money is at the heart of most peoples lives. It's a major factor in overall wellbeing. If someone has their financial foundations right, everything else improves including workplace productivity and employees home life - win win!
Providing support for employees can also be included within your reasonable adjustments (more information below).
Under the Equality Act 2010, employers are required to make reasonable adjustments to support employees with disabilities. Ignoring or deprioritising this falls under unlawful disability discrimination and can lead to severe implications including unlimited compensation payouts. There is also an increasing political pressure to provide this within stricter time limits.
It's important to understand what you are signing up to. Companies offering 'free' support will be required to upsell their products and services. This can create pressure for employees (which is kind of the opposite of what you're trying to achieve!). By pre funding, you can ensure this doesn't happen. You will also have clarity as to exactly what you are offering and how it is delivered.
